Terms & refunds

Buildmancer is free to download and use. What you can buy is prepaid capacity on the hosted build service: a key with a number of credits on it. 1 credit = a house or scene · a sculpt = 5 credits. Credits do not expire, are not a currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, resold, or withdrawn.

After payment you get a key on screen and by email. You paste it into your own config file. The key lives in the config of whatever is running Buildmancer, so on a server it covers everyone playing there — it is a server licence, not a per-player one. Anyone who has the key can spend its credits, so keep it private. If it leaks, email us and we'll re-issue it.

Unused keys: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked — email support@buildmancer.com from the address you bought with.

If you've spent some credits, we'll refund the unused portion within those 14 days. Beyond 14 days we'll still consider it — if the service didn't do what this site says it does, you should get your money back, and we'd rather hear about it than not.

Refunding a key revokes it. If a payment is charged back, the key is revoked too.

A build sends your text request, a small patch of ground heights around the build site, and your Minecraft player UUID (used to meter the free daily allowance). No inventory, chat history, world saves, or account credentials. Requests may be retained to improve build quality. We do not sell data.

Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your email address is used to send your key and to contact you about your purchase.

This is a small, independently run service. It may be slow to wake after a quiet period, and it can go down. We don't promise an uptime figure. If an outage stops you using credits you paid for, tell us and we'll make it right — extending credits or refunding.

Builds are generated by an AI model and are not guaranteed to be what you pictured. Credits are spent on the attempt, not on your satisfaction with it — that's why there's a free allowance to try first. A build that fails with an error is not charged.

Don't resell access, don't automate bulk requests to resell output, and don't try to break the service or other people's worlds with it. We can revoke a key that's being used that way, and we'll refund the unused balance when we do.
